Useful Information

By purchasing this package you will automatically receive a booking confirmation with your voucher attached, this voucher will be used to use the service City Sightseeing Florence. You will simply present the voucher on board the bus to get your ticket City Sightseeing.

We will take care of booking for you the train tickets, the departure time of the train from Venice will be between 7:25 am and 9:25 am, while the departure time from Florence will be between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm; the time may vary depending on the availability on board the train.

By 48h after your reservation we will forward you your train tickets, remember to keep and print them, you will need them to travel on the train. On top of the tickets we will send you you will be able to find the departure time and train number, we suggest you show up at the station at least 20 minutes before the train departure time, once you arrive at the station remember to check the platform number on the digital billboards.
